For the past few months her beautiful face adorned billboards along I-95, Her she is in a full page ad in the Top Doctors issue of Philadelphia Magazine!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Every year we participate in the American Heart Association’s Philadelphia Heart Walk to raise money and awareness for congenital heart disease. This year we’ll be walking as “Lily’s Heart Heroes” and I’m raising $1,000 to donate to the AHA.
