THE RAID ON AOL: How Vox Pillaged Engadget And... →
The great story behind how Jim Bankoff left AOL to build up SB Nation which eventually turned into Vox Media. They went on to hire away Engadget editor Joshua Topolsky and most of his staff to build The Verge which I believe is not only the best gadget/tech publication online right now, but also a glimpse at the future of online publishing.
